Most recently, Kiley spearheaded development and production at Starrpix, the production company founded by Ilana Glazer, where she was instrumental in the creation of several high-profile specials, television projects, and digital content. Her leadership and creative foresight significantly contributed to the growth of Starrpix across various formats and platforms. A strong advocate for creative innovation and collaboration, Kiley has produced live-action interactive comedies for Eko Studios and has developed branded and documentary content for major networks. Additionally, she is a co-founder and creative designer at Ki House, where she manages award-winning floral installations and event design. As an advisor, Kiley will provide guidance on strategic development, talent relations, and the creative direction of AIR-A’s original programming slate. She will also play a pivotal role in identifying emerging voices and fostering collaborations within AIR-A’s varied offerings of scripted, unscripted, and interactive content.
